Assistant Regional Vice President: Kathleen oversees all aspects of office operations and retains a hand in all department functions; searches, closings and assisting customers with title questions and problems.
Kathleen's 12 years of experience in the title and banking industries led her to open Antrim County Title, Inc. in 1999, and her wealth of knowledge has won her the position of Authorized Agent for Old Republic Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
Kathleen works closely with underwriters and attorneys from Old Republic Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company to give our clients the best possible service and information.
Title Examiner and Authorized Title Insurance Agent: Tammy has been with Antrim County Title, Inc. since October 2005. Tammy conducts "chain of title" searches prior to closing and issuance of title insurance. Tammy's search and examination of documents will determine status of title; issues such as outstanding interests, undischarged liens, mortgages, judgments or improper conveyances can then be resolved before closing.
Tammy's 8 years of operations experience with a local newspaper, her attention to detail and knowledge of the area are invaluable assets in her position.
Assistant Branch Manager: Dana has been with Antrim County Title, Inc, since May 2013. She prepares and performs, buy/sell closings and refinance closings both on-site and off-site. Dana also helps in the process of new orders, typing of commitments, and issuing of final policies.
Dana comes to us with 17 years of experience in the title industry. Her continuous “can do” attitude is encouraging to know our customers will continue to receive the same great customer service we strive for.
Closing & Escrow Agent: Karen has been with Antrim County Title, Inc. since September 2001. Karen performs refinance closings and purchase closings by mail, and distributes documents and funds to all involved parties. She also answers telephones, handles new orders, construction draws, types commitments, issues title insurance policies, and is in charge of myriad other office duties.
Clients and their customers have come to rely on Karen's knowledge and experience.
Processor: Kelly has been with Antrim County Title since November 2017. Kelly's responsibilities include answering phones and greeting clients with her fabulous smile. Kelly also processes Title Commitments and Searches. Kelly wears many hats and we are fortunate to have her on our team!
Kelly has previous experience in a Real Estate clerical position and was a cross country truck driver! Hard to believe but yes, she was a truck driver.
Administrative Assistant: Shelle processes all of the orders for our northern offices. She also answers phones and handles other office adminstration tasks. Shelle came to our office in Mancelona when we merged with Lighthouse Title Group and has been with us for over 25 years.
